How and where's the idea comes from~~

After long period of thinking and discussion~

We have decided the title~

Let me introduce our group members and also the assignment title~~

Our group consists of three CHINESE:

Wong Gar Yean aka Yeanie

Foo Yoke Heng aka Hennah

Zhang Wan Jing aka Jing Jing Jing

And since we're PURE CHINESE, so we decided to choose a dish which the major and only raw material is a non-halal food, that is....PORK STOMACH~~

And this is the main starring...Pig....

From our grand-grand-grand mama's stories,

pork stomach black pepper soup is very delicious to eat,

and the process in cleaning is extremely important as stomach is the organ in digesting food,

thus all the left-over undigested/digested food will remain in the stomach when the pig's murdered~~

Even so, there's some SECRET in cleaning the stomach more effectively and remove the undesired smell quickly...

If using the normal cleaning way in washing it, the stomach will not clean enough and the smell will still remains there..

So when you eat and drink the soup...

If very yiacky~~

And not hygienic also...
